1. Who we are

Self-Study Press ("we", "us") operates selfstudypress.online, selling independent Duolingo English Test preparation materials: a downloadable eBook, an online reading experience, and an interactive practice platform (together, "the Products").

2. Independence disclaimer

The Products are independent publications. They have not been written, authorized, endorsed, licensed, or approved by Duolingo, Inc. Duolingo and Duolingo English Test are trademarks of Duolingo, Inc., used only to identify the test the Products help you prepare for.

3. Your account

You need an account to purchase and access the Products. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or content redistribution.

4. Purchases and access

The bundle is a one-time purchase unlocking the Products for the access period stated at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Access is personal and non-transferable.

5. Intellectual property

All content — text, practice questions, audio, images — is © Self-Study Press and licensed to you for personal study only. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, or share the Products or your account access.

6. No score guarantee

We do not guarantee any particular test score or admission outcome. Practice results, readiness indicators, and feedback within the Products are preparation aids, not official Duolingo English Test scores.

7. Test format changes

The Duolingo English Test can change at any time. We verify format facts against official sources and state the verification date, but you should always confirm current requirements on the official DET website before booking your test.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Products. The Products are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
