7-day refund window

If you purchased by mistake, or the product clearly isn't what you expected, email contact@selfstudypress.online within 7 days of purchase from your account email and we will refund your payment in full to the original payment method.

What we may decline

Refund requests after the 7-day window, repeat purchase-and-refund patterns, or requests from accounts that have redistributed the materials.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method, typically arriving within 5–10 business days. Access to the products ends when the refund is issued.
